• Diagnostic Imaging Replacement Parts and Repairs, for existing systems within or outside of service contracts. IMES partners with end users, as well as service providers to ensure parts are readily available for quick turnaround. We are providing a cost saving solution for our clients which is extremely important in the changing diagnostic imaging market.
• Diagnostic Imaging Service Contracts, we are offering cost savings solutions with MRI Service Solutions for our regional imaging centers and hospitals. Including: Routine Preventive Maintenance, First Call Solutions, and Complete Service Contracts. These services are provided with a Fast Response Time and Honest Analysis.
• Diagnostic Imaging Transition Logistics, including de-installation, rigging, crating, shipping, mobile transport, and temporary warehouse storage. IMES provides logistics services for end users, service providers, and brokers.
• Diagnostic Imaging Center Consulting, including value proposition development for new modality additions, buy vs. lease, upgrade risk/reward balance, sales of used equipment, system evaluation, cost savings solutions, and more.
• Modality Volume Analysis, for analysis of end users to assess diagnostic imaging volumes. IMES produces a thorough pro-forma for each modality being considered with detailed fixed and variable costs, capital costs, breakeven analysis, return on invested capital, and net revenue.
• Platinum Plus Series™, a trademarked and certified solution for previously owned diagnostic imaging solutions. The Platinum Plus Series™ is providing imaging solutions at a fraction of the cost of new equipment, all while providing the same results as new equipment for our clients.
